April 5-9 is National Fair Housing Week! So in order to educate you, I did a little research 😉 If you know me, I LOVE to research 🥰 Here are some interesting highlights I found:

✅Signed into law April 11, 1968 by LBJ (expansion of The Civil Rights Act)
✅Prohibits housing discrimination because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, and family status.
✅In 2020, according to Redfin.com, only 44% of Black American’s owned a home compared to 74% of white Americans

✅Black applicants are rejected for loans three times more than white applicants
✅Learn more at Hud.gov and National Fair Housing Training Academy

Continuing the conversation about my business laun

Continuing the conversation about my business launch, I wanted to take about home management and the resources we will have to help you. One of my goals after leaving traditional employment was to make my home a sanctuary, especially for my active duty husband. I'll be offering cleaning, organization, and other home management tools to help with that.
